FC #10: Joey Tribbiani

Dear Joey: You've been on my mind... I've known you for more than two decades, watched you on Friends regularly during this time, and enjoyed every minute of it. You may be a little too wild for my taste and somewhat dense at times, but you are kindhearted, and I love that about you, Joseph Francis Tribbiani. We have a few similarities, you and I; we both love food (and don't like to share it), we're both loyal to and protective of our friends, and we have both managed to somewhat maintain our childhood innocence, all qualities I value. Thank you for taking care of your friends, your sisters, and even your parents, and for being strict with them when necessary. Thank you for being you! Thank you, Matt LeBlanc, for portraying Joey Tribbiani so beautifully! Love... Gratitude Girl

FC #9: Adrian Monk

Dear Adrian: You've been on my mind... When I first watched Monk, the TV show, about two decades ago, I immediately admired your observation skills and realized we have some other traits in common. You were and always will be the best former detective slash consultant ever. Everyone knows that, even Captain Leland Stottlemeyer. Thank you for being you! Thank you, Tony Shalhoub, for portraying Mr. Monk so beautifully. Love... Gratitude Girl PS - You'd probably wince and say "so close" when you noticed you were the ninth fictional character I expressed my gratitude for, and not the tenth, but I admit that it was intentional.

FC #8: Robert McCall

Dear Robert: You've been on my mind... You came to my screen when I needed someone like you in real life, and I just couldn't get enough of you, so I watched you do your magic over and over, imagining you were using your particular set of skills to help me, in your own quiet, mysterious way. Thank you for always protecting the helpless who face injustice. As long as corruption exists among people with power, you are needed, wanted, and loved for your self-imposed duty to act as an avenging angel.  Thank you, Denzel Washington, for beautifully portraying Robert McCall in Equalizer. Love... Gratitude Girl

FC #7: Mozzie

Dear Mozzie: You've been on my mind... I met you years ago when I watched White Collar for the first time, and I instantly wished I had a friend like you in real life. Over a decade later, I still wish that, mostly because of your knowledge to interact with computer-based technologies. I also appreciate your intelligence, your loyalty, your problem-solving ability, and your non-violent attitude. Oh, and the origin of your name, Mozzie, always makes me smile. Thank you for your great personality! Thank you, Willie Garson, for beautifully portraying Mozzie in White Collar. Love... Gratitude Girl

FC #6: Sameen Shaw

Dear Sameen: You've been on my mind...  I met you several years ago when I watched Person of Interest for the first time and immediately thought what a gorgeous girl! ... Fast forward about eight years, and I recently watched the show for the second time and thought she's what the world   needs   right now : a fearless, no-nonsense person with your particular set of skills. Thank you for assisting Harold and John (and others) in the fictional world. Thank you for bringing a sense of satisfaction to your viewers who are dealing with injustice in the real world. Thank you, Sarah Shahi, for portraying Shaw in Person of Interest so beautifully! Love... Gratitude Girl
