Health

Dear Health: You've been on my mind... As my dogs get older, they experience more and more aches and pains in their little bodies. I watch as Koochooloo makes an effort to climb the one step in front of our cabin, and along with it comes a groan that breaks my heart. Looloo has had goopy eyes and been squinting lately. I feel he has a headache. The vet said he might be allergic to something, so he gave him an ointment for his eyes to see if that helps him fight possible allergies. Hoppoo, always the most active one, now spends most of his days sleeping. Even though watching them struggle with their discomforts pains me, I understand as I myself get more and more familiar with aches with the passage of time.   I am grateful for you, Health, for being with my dogs and me. We all appreciate you and hope you will stay with us longer.  Gratefully... Noosha Ravaghi

Willie Garson

Dear Willie: You've been on my mind... You left us a year ago today, way too soon, and I never got to tell you how much I enjoyed watching you play Mozzie, my favorite character on one of my favorite shows. I haven't been able to watch the show since your death. Thank you for your performance in all the films. Even though I never met you in person, I learned that you were also a wonderful human being in real life. Thank you for that. Gratefully... Noosha Ravaghi

Matthew Perry

Dear Matthew: You've been on my mind... I've known and loved you ever since the first time I saw your performance on Friends. Everything about your character was extraordinary on the show: his sarcasm, his relationships, his erotic novelist mother, his cross-dressing father starring in Viva Las Gaygas, his relationship with his co-workers, his Weekly Estimated Net Usage Statistics, his Thanksgiving dinner, his pets, and even his full name. Thank you for your performance. Thank you for all the laughs. I am so very grateful for you. Love... Noosha Ravaghi

Matt LeBlanc

Dear Matthew: You've been on my mind... I've known and loved the character you so beautifully portrayed in one of my favorite shows for a long time. You are a handsome and talented actor and comedian. Nearly two decades after the final season of Friends, your lines, your voice, and your gestures still make me smile. I've quoted you repeatedly in my life, mostly about being wisdomous  and about not sharing food. I've also used the one with the air quotes and the one with the letter of recommendation (for Chandler and Monica) in my classes. Thanks for all the laughs. Thanks for all the lessons. I'm grateful for you. Love... Noosha Ravaghi
